Loft boarding is a premium quality, affordable service that brings an extra level of safety and quality to your loft or attic space all flooring needs to be raised above the insulation to allow air to circulate and protect to efficiency of the insulation.
3 raised boarding heights available depending on insulation thickness, 100mm timber joist, 175mm legs and 300mm legs

Additional insulation can be added under new floor
Additional insulation can be added to top up areas not covered by
flooring 170 mm from £6.50per sqm 200mm top up from £7.00 per sqm
Loft Hatches
Some ladder's require a hinged hatch, if your existing hatch cannot be adjusted we can supply an new insulated one. An MDF for £55 ready for painting or a plastic insulated hatch for £110 sizes and prices may vary
